This is an important step, because some of the emails will be automated and email providers sometimes put them to the spam folder. Whitelisting these addresses makes sure that you receive all the course emails.

For next week you should also book three minutes every evening from Monday to Friday to answer the daily emails that you will get. Choose the time that fits your daily routine and mark it in your calendar right now.
If you feel that this and next week might be a bit difficult to find time to fully participate, then let me know and I can move your session to a more suitable week.
In addition to the course materials there is your very own secret link to insert the tiny habit recipes and change your preferences (your timezone and the time when you would like to get the daily automated emails).
No later than Sunday evening you should have figured out on which new habits you would like to work on the next week and added them for reviewing.
If for some reason you are not able to insert your recipes by Sunday evening, I have to cancel your session and move it to the next week.

I will be there for you every day and I will help you if you get stuck. I have been a Certified Tiny Habits® Coach since 2014. I have seen a lot of people succeeding when they follow the rules of the method and listen to the advice of the coaches. I have also seen a lot of people fail when they don’t follow the rules and don’t revise their planned new habits when necessary.
