Have you ever wanted to become better or change something in your life (maybe even more than once)
and somehow not managed to do it?
Some reasons why you haven’t succeeded might include:
- Forcing yourself to do the things that you actually didn’t want to do
- Following the systems and methods that have been working for someone else
- Thinking big and trying to change too much at once
- Not knowing what exactly to do to reach your aspirations
- Having no idea about the importance of your behaviours and habits in the process of change
- Not having someone to help you
We have experienced all of them… and it motivated us to look for approaches that would be:
– tailor-made,
– working for different individuals,
– so easy that you couldn’t have any excuses for not succeeding.
What will you get and how does it work?
And – all the time – you’ll have a coach to support you on this journey,
so that you never feel alone or overwhelmed
- There will be a weekly one-hour coaching call, at the time suitable for you
- We will be working on common online materials plus you’ll get worksheets for your own work
- Before starting the program, you can book Free Discovery Session
What is the discovery session for?
In this session we’ll talk about:
– what is coaching and what is the role of a coach
– what are the methods and style of work in this program
– what are your expectations and goals that you want to achieve
– what are your expectations about the program and about me as a coach
– we will decide together about starting cooperation.Discovery session lasts approx. 30- 45 minutes. It takes place online, at a mutually convenient time, and is free.
